An Expert Tailor is My Inspiration

Mr Irawan is a good businessman. He is starting his business since 2008. Many of people from famous brands came to his workshop to request their jeans to be stitched. Mr Irawan gives me some inspirations. He teaches me how to be a good businessman, and he teaches me how to be a person who has good behaviour.

He teaches me how to be a good businessman. He makes me know that it is hard to be a good businessman. There are many hurdles to reach success. He teaches me how to work hard. He never gives up easily to work hard. He makes me believe that patience is the key to success. He teaches me that struggle is important to survive in business world.

More over, he taught me how to be a person who has good behaviour. He taught me how to manage employees well. He trained the employees so good and professional. I realized that the way to be a leader is not easy. There were many distractions. He inspired me how to make the employees loath with us. The way he managed the employees was very effective.

Finally, I know that he is very inspiring person for me. I should learned about his way to be a good businessman.He has good attitude and good confidence. I should learned about his good behaviour.

The Kindness of Mrs Yanti

Mrs Yanti is the teacher of SD Pandu in Bandung. She teaches Bahasa Indonesia and Seni Kebudayaan dan Ketrampilan. She have good attitude and a kind person. Mrs Yanti gives me some inspiration. She teached me how to be a good teacher, and I learned how to be a person who loved with the students and the others.

First, She teached me how to be a good teacher. She showed me how to manage students in class. She made the student ordely and obedient. I learned how to make class more effective. There were many question and answer during the class. She teached me how to control every situation in class.

Second, I learned how to be a person who loved with the student and the others. She teached me to be patient eventhough the students showed his naughtiness. She showed her patient when the students made a bad situation in class ,like made a class noisy. I learned how to polite. She was so friendly. She made me believe that work hard was the key to be a succesful person.

Finally, I know that it was hard to be a good teacher and kind person who loved with the the others. Mrs Yanti is inspiring person for me. I should learnt about her way to be a good teacher and a kind person who loved with the others.
